Orders

Onceyou have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation to your chosen email. This will include the order details and all information you require.

If you did not receive an order confirmation or were not directed to the order confirmation page it is unlikely that your payment was successful. Please contact us at support@baby-fair.co.uk and we will try to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Orders can be amended before 11:30am on any working day in order to ensure your item still gets processed and dispatched on the same day.

If you are missing an item from your order, please contact us via email at support@baby-fair.co.uk Please include an image of all items you have received and state the missing product, along with your full name, order number and delivery address. We will try to get this resolved as soon as possible.

DHL Delivery

You will receive your delivery timeslot once your order is dispatched.

DPD Delivery

UPS Delivery

All domestic UPS deliveries are scheduled for the next working day. If you require an alternate delivery date, we would simply ship the parcel at a later date.

UPS offers Standard (Next Day), Express (Next Day by 10:30), Express Saver (Next Day by 12:00) and Express Plus (Next Day by 09:00), as well as a range of international options.

You will receive your delivery timeslot once your order is dispatched.

UPS allows you to send a shipment on one of our Express Services to allow for a time specific delivery (pre 09:00, 10:30 or 12:00)

If you have a Babyfair account please sign in to your account and access your order tracking details. You will also receive the tracking details via email. Use the tracking details provided to monitor your shipment’s progress on UPS.com or by using the UPS My Choice app.

If a valid phone number is provided you will receive an SMS notification for residential deliveries

The UPS driver will aim to deliver to either a neighbour or a safe place where possible. If this is not possible, the parcel can be left at a UPS Access Point.

Anyone can receive the delivery at the address. To keep customers and staff safe, signatures are not currently being acquired

Yes, UPS ships to more than 220 countries and territories

UPS are practising contactless delivery to help keep customers and staff safe. There are currently no negative impacts on service performance.

UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses

You will be provided with a link on your delivery notification alert allowing you to provide “leave at” instructions. This can also be done using the UPS My Choice app.

UPS Collection charges terms and conditions

UPS offers a range of returns services. The most popular are UPS 1 Attempt Returns Plus (£4.39 per package in addition to relevant shipping charges) and UPS 3 Attempt Returns Plus (£6.22 per package in addition to relevant shipping costs). A more cost-effective option is UPS Electronic Returns Label (£1.60 per label).

Collection can be the next working day from the day it is requested.

Returns

If the item you are returning is still new, unused and in its original packaging, you have 14 days from receipt of the order to contact support@baby-fair.co.uk and issue a return.

You have 14 days from receipt of the order to contact support@baby-fair.co.uk and issue a return.

You can expect to receive your refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Babyfair cannot accept returns on personal hygiene products such as breast pumps, mattresses, bottle warmers, thermometers, sterilisers, nappies and breast pads.

Alongside the manufacturers guarantee, Babyfair offer an additional 3 and 5 year protection plan giving you the reassurance of added protection on your purchases.

The comparison feature allows users to compare and view up to 4 products on the same page. Simply enter the products names and compare product specifications, designs, prices and much more.

Simply enter their email address on the wish list page and send it to friends and family.

Clearpay

Clearpay gives you the option to shop now and pay later. Clearpay allows you to split your purchase into 4 interest free payments which are payable every two weeks

Simply select Clearpay as your payment method at checkout, make the first payment at checkout and the remaining 3 payments over 6 weeks.

In order to use Clearpay you have to be at least 18 years old.

You can log into your Clearpay account at any time to settle your monthly statement or view your purchases, if you need additional assistance, please contact the customer service team at Clearpay

If you return your entire order, the full amount will be refunded. Any payments you have made will be refunded to the original payment method and any upcoming payments will be cancelled.

If you return a part of your order, you will receive a partial refund to the original payment method.

Once we have registered your cancellation, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Klarna

Klarna gives you the option to shop now and pay later. Klarna allows you to split your purchase into 3 interest free payments which are payable every 30 days

Simply select Klarna as your payment method at checkout, make the first payment at checkout and the remaining 2 payments every 30 days.

In order to use Klarna you have to be at least 18 years old.

You can log into your Klarna account at any time to settle your monthly statement or view your purchases, if you need additional assistance, please contact the customer service team at Klarna.

If you return your entire order, the full amount will be refunded. Any payments you have made will be refunded to the original payment method and any upcoming payments will be cancelled.

If you return a part of your order, you will receive a partial refund to the original payment method.

Laybuy

Laybuy gives you the option to shop now and pay later. Laybuy allows you to split your purchase into 6 interest free payments which are payable weekly.

Simply select Laybuy as your payment method at checkout, make the first payment at checkout and the remaining 5 payments weekly.

In order to use Laybuy you have to be at least 18 years old

You can log into your Laybuy account at any time to settle your statement or view your purchases, if you need additional assistance, please contact the customer service team at Laybuy.

You can view your electronic statements showing your transactions and account balance both online and via the Laybuy App.

If you return your entire order, the full amount will be refunded. Any payments you have made will be refunded to the original payment method and any upcoming payments will be cancelled.

If you return a part of your order, you will receive a partial refund to the original payment method.

Once we have registered your cancellation, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
