HOW TO USE
A good night’s sleep can work wonders for both mind & body and our pillow spray will help you get the best night’s sleep possible. Before bedtime, or any time you’re in need of some R&R, spritz a few times around your room, on bedding or PJs at arm’s length, (avoiding direct contact with skin). Lavender has a natural sedative effect on our brains. It’s also said to reduce blood pressure which in turn, helps the body to produce melatonin, the hormone that promotes restful sleep – so make sure you keep your bottle handy!
